Gagarinskaya Novoselka eco-project

Volonteers needed for eco-project, 100 km from Moscow.

Our charity project where we work and live is located in the village Gagarinskaya Novoselka, 20 km from Pereslavl'-Zaleski, on the road to Moscow. It is Yaroslavl region (all cities of Golden ring are nearby) and Moscow is just 100 km from our place. We have very good public communication with all tourist sights which you can visit during your stay here. You are always welcome. We speak Russian and English. We usually help with visa support and registration in stay with us for 1 month.

Accommodation

We have 4 buildings: - A three-floor apartment house (7 rooms, in everyone - several beds) - Workshops (on the second floor - dormitory on 30 persons) - A summer small house (two isolated rooms) - A stable, with a hayloft on an attic Many places for tents - in the field and in wood Volunteers and guests (until 2 days) share the same room (sleeping surface) with other people if they numerous. We can give a blanket and bed-clothes, but it is better to bring the sleeping bag

What else

The School is situated in a beautiful historical place in the Golden Ring of Russia.

It is a truly international place with Russian, English and German as the most commonly spoken languages.

At least 30% of our students are young Russians with problems of health or social problems!

We train the students in building energy efficient ecological homes, growing and cooking organic foods, looking after animals, working in groups, and caring for each other.

We offer only VEGETARIAN food during the stay with
  us.

We would prefer a non-smoker or an extremely considerate outdoor smoker out of terretory, no alcohol, no drugs
